Measuring and Reporting Requirements for ARRA-Funded Programs

The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), also known as “the stimulus bill”, included billions of dollars for energy efficiency and clean energy investments. Two programs – the State Energy Program and the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant program, each are channeling about $3 billion to state and local government grantees.
