The "Get A Head Start on Energy" education program was developed by the Nebraska Energy Assistance Network (NEAN) and is designed as a learning experience for households to discover ways to reduce or stabilize energy use in their homes, and to better manage and plan for energy-related expenses. This grant program is targeting community-based organizations and agencies that work with seniors, new home buyers, those with limited incomes or those struggling financially.
