The Central Geothermal System concept combines the efficiency of a traditional geothermal heat pump system with centralized heating, cooling, and air handling to move us to an even more efficient systems with additional significant benefits including better humidity control, centralized maintenance, enhanced acoustics, and superior flexibility. For this presentation, Al Grosskurth, LEED AP, Sales Engineer for Trane will discuss how a central geothermal plant works and how it is different from a typical geothermal system. He will also give tips on how to evaluate if a central geothermal system is right for your building as well as the key benefits of this system.
