Congratulations to the USGBC Nebraska Flatwater Chapter for receiving the top award in the 2010 USGBC Heartland Region Awards at the Greening the Heartland Conference. We won in the “USGBC in the Community” category. Regional Representative April Miller received the award, a $500 prize from Mohawk Flooring, at the conference yesterday.
The submittal, prepared by Secretary Brad Carne, was based on the green schools tour last fall and our collaboration with the Colorado chapter.
Thanks for all your effort to make this event happen and congrats to the chapter!!
